Say hello to Travis. He’s 26, lives in Vancouver, Canada, and is one of our oh-so cheeky butlers.
Tell us a bit about yourself…
I work as a project manager at a manufacturing company and enjoy playing ice hockey and body building in my spare time.
How did you become a butler?
It was actually some of my work colleagues who saw the ad and suggested I apply. I followed their advice and here I am!
How would other butlers describe you?
Chatty and outgoing.
What’s your funniest butler moment?
Taking part in an underwear race (I was dressed for it!). I picked up the bride to be and ran with her to the finishing line. We won!
And the most outrageous?
Probably having girls eat food off my butt.
What do people say when you tell them what you do?
Only you could do that job well.
Any advice for potential butlers?
It might sound like fun and games (and to some extent it is) but at the end of the day it’s a job. You need to find the right balance of being professional and having fun to make sure the business keeps on coming.
